- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Swap cheddar for mozzarella if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
