- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and garlic, cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
