Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted butter, vanilla, and salt to form the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. Beat erythritol, cocoa powder, softened butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
