Description

Make these sugar-free copycat Snickers bars at home. They are keto-friendly and satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for chocolate coating)

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond butter, melted coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread half the mixture into the dish and sprinkle peanuts evenly on top.
  4. Pour the remaining mixture over the peanuts and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, then spread over the frozen layer.
  6. Freeze for another 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
