A delicious and easy keto-friendly breakfast frittata packed with sausage and spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together.
  3. Add cooked sausage, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
