A delicious and easy keto-friendly breakfast frittata packed with sausage and spinach.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together.
- Add cooked sausage, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use any keto-friendly sausage.
- Substitute spinach with kale if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
