Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place salmon back in the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
