- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
