Ingredients

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Transfer cauliflower to a bowl and mash slightly.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
