Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Transfer cauliflower to a bowl and mash slightly.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
  6. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
