A low-carb alternative to mashed potatoes, this Keto Loaded Cauliflower Mash is creamy, flavorful, and packed with toppings like cheese and bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a food processor.
  3. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and stir in sour cream and half the cheddar cheese.
