- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños.
- Replace cheddar with pepper jack for a different flavor.
