Description

A low-carb, keto-friendly bread loaf loaded with jalapeños and cheddar cheese for a spicy, cheesy flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  6. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and firm.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
