- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Place green beans in a greased casserole dish. Top with the cooked beef mixture.
- Pour heavy cream over the beef and green beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
