- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until slightly tender, then drain.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread broccoli evenly in the pie dish, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
