Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Steam or blanch broccoli until slightly tender, then drain.
