- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
