- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Add lemon juice and toss to mix.
- Top with sliced chicken and crumbled feta.
- Serve immediately.
