- 1/2 cup erythritol or stevia

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a richer taste, add sugar-free chocolate chips.
