Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with your hand or a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For crispier cookies, bake for an extra minute.
- Replace almond flour with coconut flour if preferred.
