Description
A sugar-free spicy chai latte sweetened with erythritol for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 black tea bag
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
- Add tea bag and steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and whisk in cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Simmer for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Strain into a mug and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust erythritol to taste.
- For a creamier texture, use coconut milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
