Description

A sugar-free spicy chai latte sweetened with erythritol for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Add tea bag and steep for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bag and whisk in cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  4. Simmer for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Strain into a mug and serve hot.
