Description
A refreshing sugar-free tea infused with erythritol, ginger, and peach flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped peaches
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add grated ginger and chopped peaches. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Stir in erythritol until dissolved.
- Cool in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust erythritol sweetness to taste.
- Use ripe peaches for stronger flavor.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days.
