Description

A refreshing sugar-free tea infused with erythritol, ginger, and peach flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped peaches
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add grated ginger and chopped peaches. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. Stir in erythritol until dissolved.
  6. Cool in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
