Description

Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side until browned.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, erythritol, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
