Delicious sugar-free chocolate cheesecake bars sweetened with erythritol for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, melted butter, and 2 tbsp erythritol for the crust. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup erythritol, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Chill for 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
