Sugar-free chocolate brownies made with erythritol for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra richness, add sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Adjust erythritol to taste if needed.
