- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Freeze slices for longer storage.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
