Description

A simple and delicious keto-friendly bread made with almond flour. Perfect for sandwiches or toast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and firm.
  7. Cool before slicing.
