Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes then drain
- Blend almonds into fine crumbs in a food processor
- Add dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt
- Process until mixture sticks together when pressed
- Roll into 1-inch balls
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving

- Add coconut flakes for extra texture
