Description

A healthy and naturally sweetened granola made with dates, oats, and nuts. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, dates, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
