Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend oats into a fine flour.
- Add bananas, dates, egg, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- Pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.

- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Adjust milk quantity for desired batter thickness.
