Description
A naturally sweetened apple cider drink made with dates.
Ingredients

- 4 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine apple cider, dates, cinnamon stick, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Blend mixture until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or fewer dates.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently before serving.
