- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add mozzarella, parmesan, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut into breadstick shapes and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush over warm breadsticks.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
- For extra crispiness, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
