Description

Crispy, cheesy garlic breadsticks made with almond flour for a keto-friendly snack or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add mozzarella, parmesan, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut into breadstick shapes and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush over warm breadsticks.
