Soft and chewy applesauce oat cookies with no added sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix applesauce, oats, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Fold in raisins if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For crispier cookies, bake longer.
